سياسة الاسترجاع
● يشمل الإرجاع والاستبدال جميع الأصناف المعروضة باستثناء الاكسسوارات وغطاء
الرأس والبدي الداخلي فلا يقبل فيها الاسترجاع ولا الاستبدال .
● للإستفادة من خدمات الإرجاع و الإستبدال يجب إرفاق فاتورة الشراء الأصلية
المرفقة مع الطلب.
● يمكن الإرجاع والإستبدال فقط إذا كان الصنف غير مستخدم و بنفس حالته الأصلية
عند الشراء وكافة البطاقات الملصقة غير منزوعة مثل الكرت (التاق أو الباركود).
● الإسترجاع والإستبدال يكون خلال *(90)* يوم من تاريخ استلام الشحنة باستثناء
السماعات الطبية و الأصناف المباعة في فترة التخفيضات.
● الاسترجاع للسماعات الطبية يكون خلال *يومين* فقط من تاريخ استلام الشحنة
أما الاستبدال فيكون خلال *(5)* أيام من تاريخ استلام الشحنة.
● والاسترجاع في فترة التخفيضات يكون خلال *يومين* فقط من تاريخ استلام الشحنة
أما الاستبدال فيكون خلال *(5)* أيام من تاريخ استلام الشحنة.
● القطع المباعة أثناء فترة الخصومات يمكن استبدالها بمقاسات وألوان أخرى من
نفس الصنف فقط. أما في حال الرغبة بتغيير الصنف فسيتحمل العميل فرق السعر
بالسعر الأصلي للقطعة الجديدة.
● *استرجاع المبالغ:*
في حال تم الدفع لطلبك عبر إحدى الوسائل الإلكترونية، البطاقة الإئتمانية أو
غيرها فسيتم إرجاع المبالغ المدفوعة فقط عبر الطرق التالية:
سوف تتم إعادة المبلغ لحساب البنك الأصلي المسجل لدنيا عند الطلب بعد استلام
الشحنة من العميل والتحقق من صحة انطباق شروط الاسترجاع.
● تعتمد مدة استلام العميل للمبالغ المسترجعة بحسب متطلبات البنك المصرفي
للعميل.
● سكربزر غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير صادر من شركة الشحن في جميع الحالات.
● يتحمل العميل كافة المبالغ المترتبة على الشحن وإعادة الشحن عند الاستبدال
أو الاسترجاع.
● في حال الرغبة للاسترجاع او الاستبدال يجب ارسال ايميل [email protected]
برقم الطلب الى وبعد وصول الطلبية لمقر سكربزر والتأكد من مطابقتها لشروط
الاستبدال والاسترجاع يتم خصم ٢٥ ريال قيمة شحن للطلبلات المسترجعة ومبلغ ٥٠
ريال للاستبدال (او ٦٨ ريال في حال دفع المبلغ عند الاستلام).
Return Policy
