What are the shipping fees?

Is there free shipping?

🆓 Yes! Free shipping is available for orders above 250 SAR.

Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?

🚀 Currently, shipping is available only within Saudi Arabia, but we are working to expand to all Arab countries soon.

Can I choose the shipping company?

❌ No, we use a designated shipping company, but SCRUBSER reserves the right to change the shipping provider if your area is not covered.

Can I place an order online and pick it up from a store?

✅ Yes! This service is available in Riyadh and Jeddah. You can select “Pick up from store” when completing your order.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange products?

Yes! We offer a flexible return and exchange policy, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. Please check our Return & Exchange Policy page for full details.

I ordered an item online. Can I exchange it in-store?

✅ Yes! You can exchange or return items at our stores in Riyadh and Jeddah, as long as you bring the invoice and the item is in its original condition.

What are the return conditions?

You can return products within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
✔️ The items are unused and in original condition
✔️ The original purchase invoice is included
✔️ Discounted items cannot be returned (but can be exchanged)
✔️ The product tag remains attached
✔️ Accessories and medical headsets cannot be exchanged or returned
✔️ Items purchased before promotions cannot be returned during promotions.

Is the exchange process free?

🔄 In Riyadh & Jeddah: Free exchange in-store
📦 Other cities: Customers bear a 35 SAR shipping fee.

Is the return process free?

🔄 In Riyadh & Jeddah: Free return in-store
📦 Other cities: Customers bear a 28.75 SAR shipping fee, which will be deducted from the invoice amount. The refund will be processed within 48 hours after the return is received and inspected.
