Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return and Exchange Policy

  • All items can be returnable or exchanged except for accessories, surgical caps and base layer.
  • Original receipt is required for return or exchange.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  • Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within (90) days of purchase, together with proof of purchase. Except for stethoscope and discounted items.
  • Stethoscope and discounted items may be returned within (2) days from the date of purchase and may be exchanged within (5) days, subject to all other terms and conditions in this policy.
  • For return please send email (Sales@GoldenDrs.com) with order number and the items you want exchange or return.

Refund:

  • Refund will be issued to the main bank account registered at time of purchase only after SCRUBSER receive the refunded item and confirm its subject to returns and exchange terms and condition.
  • In case of items disqualification to the return or refund policy, the items will be shipped back and the customer will be accountable for shipment charges.
  • For exchange, the end customer will be accountable for shipment charges (from and to SCRUBSER).
  • Refund duration is unspecified and it’s based on the clients’ bank.
  • SCRUBSER is not accountable for any delays caused by the shipment parties.
  • Shipment charges are paid by the customer at time of order, exchange and return. Shipment charges are not refundable.
